REV. RIBBONS HARRIS

Founder &

Executive Director

Rev. L.M. "Ribbons" Harris brings over twenty-five years of experience serving specialized populations. Her career highlights include leading as the Executive Director of a community development corporation focused on marginalized communities, co-launching Operation Starting Line, and serving as Deputy Director of the National Prison Education Project. She has also worked as a police chaplain with expertise in critical incident stress management and psychological first aid. Rev. Harris has held notable roles as the Ambassador for the Parliament of the World's Religions and Chair of the Bishop's Committee on Evangelism for the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania. As the Founder and Executive Director of The Parsonage Project, she advocates for clergy support, mini sabbaticals, and upskilling opportunities, while also working against targeted violence and terrorism in houses of worship and other faith-based communities in partnership with the US Department of Homeland Security. Rev. Harris is honored to serve on the Board of the Suicide Prevention Alliance, as state chair for Moms of Black Boys United, and as a member of the New Jersey Interfaith Advisory Council, Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness. A member and master-of-ceremonies at Grace Episcopal Church on Martha's Vineyard, Rev. Harris holds an MTS in theology and ethics from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary where she is an Admissionary, and a BSLS in psychology and history from Excelsior. She is certified in CISM for critical incident response, a QPR Gatekeeper, and a member of CERT. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, kayaking, reading, and sailing with her husband, son, and their surly cat.

TONY PANACCIO

Vice President,

Media & Communications

Tony Panaccio is a 35-year media veteran, with experience as a journalist, screenwriter, ghost writer, marketing professional, and publicist. Tony has developed motion picture and TV projects with talents such as Bob Zemeckis, Wes Craven, Larry Kasanoff and Chuck Russell. He was a marketing consultant for film producer Michael Uslan (Batman, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight). As a publicist, Tony has repped clients like Stan Lee and William Shatner, and once ghosted speeches for Bill Gates. He is a producer with Lonesome Pine Productions and is also THE PARSONAGE PROJECT's VP of Media & Communications.

BRUCE R. HARRIS

Director,

Operations

Bruce R. Harris is a mission, strategy, and data-driven leader with extensive experience in business, social responsibility, and race education. His career accomplishments are centered around operations, program development, and innovative strategies addressing a range of race, community, and social justice issues. He is committed to cultivating multidisciplinary and interagency relationships dedicated to outcomes that serve clergy, their families, and marginalized faith communities. Bruce is a student of the London School of Economics and serves THE PARSONAGE PROJECT as Director of Operations as well as on the Board of Directors.
